徐州赛弗安防科技提供的盛漏托盘专业用于化学品原料桶的防漏存储，新型加高设计，储存的泄漏量更大，尤其适用于腐蚀性化学品的原料仓库、化学品临时仓库进行化学品储存分装使用。该系列产品具有以下特性：
*盛漏托盘整体采用无缝隙结构设计，防漏结构100%通过测试，完全避免泄漏的发生；
*主体材质：线性低密度聚乙烯，具有良好地耐酸碱腐蚀的材质，杜绝化学品泄漏时所可能产生的危害，可在户外使用；
*当出现泄漏时，所有液体将会沿托盘格栅自动注入托盘盛漏区域内，不会污染现场环境；
*双叉车插口便于搬运；
*导液口设计，方便集中清理泄露液体；
*盛漏托盘有不同型号可供您选择，便于您合理规划化学品或对化学品仓库进行整改时使用；
*提醒您：当现场发生化学品泄漏时，如果泄漏的液体全部集中于托盘内部，请专业人员即时清理；如果泄漏的区域出现扩散，请专业人员使用相对应的化学品吸咐产品进行及时堵漏及吸收。美国环境保护署对盛漏托盘制定了严格的标准EPA40CFR264.175。
(a)Containerstorageareasmusth**eacontainmentsystemthatisdesignedandoperatedinaccordancewithparagraph(b)ofthissection,exceptasotherwiseprovidedbyparagraph(c)ofthissection.
(a)储存容器周围必须有(b)段落中要求的堵漏设备，除非满足(c)中条件
(b)Acontainmentsystemmustbedesignedandoperatedasfollows:
(b)堵漏设备设计安装必须符合以下条件：
(1)Abasemustunderlythecontainerswhichisfreeofcracksorgapsandissufficientlyimpervioustocontainleaks,spills,andaccumulatedprecipitation
untilthecollectedmaterialisdetectedandremoved;
(1)容器底部必须有能够盛漏的底座，保证能暂时存储泄露物质
(2)Thebasemustbeslopedorthecontainmentsystemmustbeotherwise
designedandoperatedtodrainandremoveliquidsresultingfromleaks,
spills,orprecipitation,unlessthecontainersareelevatedorareotherwise
protectedfromcontactwithaccumulatedliquids;
(2)底座必须可以倾斜或者有可以排出盛漏液体的设计。除非容器本身有加高设计或禁止接触
盛漏液体。
(3)Thecontainmentsystemmusth**esufficientcapacitytocontain10%
ofthevolumeofcontainersorthevolumeofthelargestcontainer,whichever
isgreater.Containersthatdonotcontainfreeliquidsneednotbec***idered
inthisdetermination;
(3)堵漏设备必须有足够的容量来储存所有容器的10%或单个**容器的泄漏物。如果容器未装液体则不在此范畴。
(4)Run-onintothecontainmentsystemmustbepreventedunlessthecollection
CHENGLINhassufficientexcesscapacityinadditiontothatrequiredin
paragraph(b)(3)ofthissectiontocontainanyrun-onwhichmightenterthe
system;and
(4)堵漏设备必须可以替换，除非此堵漏设备本身容量充分满足(b)(3)中的要求。
(5)Spilledorleakedwasteandaccumulatedprecipitationmustberemoved
fromthesumporcollectionareainastimelyamannerasisnecessarytoprevent
overflowofthecollectionsystem.
[Comment:Ifthecollectedmaterialisahazardouswasteunderpart261ofthisChapter,
itmustbemanagedasahazardouswasteinaccordancewithallapplicablerequirements
ofparts262through266ofthischapter.Ifthecollectedmaterialisdischarged
throughapointsourcetowatersoftheUnitedStates,itissubjecttotherequirements
ofsection402oftheCleanWaterAct,asamended.]
(5)必须及时清除堵漏设备中的泄漏物以保证堵漏设备的容量
[注意：泄漏物如果是此段中261所描述的物质，必须按照262-266中的要求来处理此类危险品。如果泄漏物通过任何方式泄露并污染了美国环境，需按照402中洁净水法案来赔偿]
(c)Storageareasthatstorecontainersholdingonlywastesthatdonotcontainfreeliquidsneednoth**eacontainmentsystemdefinedbyparagraph(b)ofthissection,exceptasprovidedbyparagraph(d)ofthissectionorprovidedthat:
(c)储存区域容器中如果只是废弃物并非液体，则无需(b)中提到的堵漏设备。除非如(d)中情形：
(1)Thestorageareaisslopedorisotherwisedesignedandoperatedto
drainandremoveliquidresultingfromprecipitation,or
(1)储存区域倾斜或者设计成可排出废弃物
(2)Thecontainersareelevatedorareotherwiseprotectedfromcontactwith
accumulatedliquid.
(2)容器本身有加高设计或禁止接触盛漏液体。
(d)Storageareasthatstorecontainersholdingthewasteslistedbelow
thatdonotcontainfreeliquidsmusth**eacontainmentsystemdefinedby
paragraph(b)ofthissection:
(d)储存区域容器中是废弃物并非液体，仍必须使用(b)中提到的堵漏设备。
